Information on the possibility of indexing  of the POL-VIET 2017 Conference Proceedings

Dear Authors,

The Organizers of the POL-VIET 2017 Conference try to conduct the preparation of the Conference Proceedings in accordance with the Policy of Publishing Integrity of E3S Web of Conferences. E3S is dedicated to archivie conference proceedings in all areas related to Environment, Energy and Earth Sciences.

The following rules should be fulfilled in order to comply with the Policy of Publishing Integrity of E3S Web of Conferences:

1. At least one author of each article should attend to the Conference,

2. A maximum of two articles per author can be accepted,

3. All paper will be free to read and download,

4. The copyright of the articles will be retained by the author(s) under the Creative Commons Attribution license,

5. Articles should be prepared in accordance to guidelines presented by Organizers at www.polviet.agh.edu.pl/conference-2017 > instructions

6. All ON LINE articles will be colour published,

7. All accepted papers will be indexed in main data bases (Google Scholar, CAS, DOAJ, Web of sciences, EBSCO, ProQuest, Scopus),

8. DOI Names and indexation will be attribute to CrossRef®,

9. Cost of one article presented as ON LINE  PUBLICATION is 60 EUR + TAX. Payment shall be made after receiving  the final acceptance confirmation  by the E3S Web of Conferences.

 

Publishing Policies and Procedures

The full articles (8 pages including: title, authors, affiliations, abstract, body text, acknowledgments and references) in World format (according to the guidelines) must be submitted before the 31st of August 2017 to polviet@agh.edu.pl,

1. All papers will be peer reviewed by two international experts,

2. All approved papers and papers with minor corrections amended  according to reviewers suggestions will be accepted by the organizers who decide on the first level on publishing the article in the E3S Web of Conference,

3. Papers accepted by organizers will be supplied  to EDP Sciences for the final acceptance (second level),

4. Authors will receive the information on the final acceptance and ON LINE  PUBLICATION before the beginning of  the POL-VIET 2017 Conference (November 20-22, 2017),

5. After the final decision authors pay 60 EUR+TAX to the bank account: (details will be given later).

6. Payment deadline will be announced together with the final decision on publication on the www.polviet.agh.edu.pl/conference-2017

7. Abstract of article should be submitted independently before the 18th of June 2017
